We had been requested to repair the cell guide at 1900 on 17th Jan 2012. All the paper worked had been checked and our quotation had been sent to the ship’s company at 2130 17th Jan2012. The order confirmation had been issued to us on 2145 17th Jan2012. The ship was along side the port in the morning of 18th Jan 2012. We sent 8~10 men on board to fix the problem with 15 hours.
